ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER

HAMPSHIRE/ WILTSHIRE BASED WITH 2 DAYS PER WEEK FROM HQ IN ANDOVER, HAMPSHIRE - SALARY £30,000 - £45,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE - FULL TIME OR PART TIME CONSIDERED

This central role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s dynamic marketing department, across both consumer and trade marketing of highly regarded luxury skincare brands.
This role will report into the Marketing Manager to provide full marketing support across omni channels to propel our brands within our markets and beyond. Working closely with all stakeholders our trade & consumer channels, this high energy assistant marketing manager role will excel in planning, co-ordinating and delivering global sales & marketing strategy across the HGI portfolio. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Daily
• Manage the Marketing inbox
• Consumer & Trade Campaign Management & Deployment
• Oversee social inboxes and transition accordingly once social role in place Weekly

Plan, design & deliver engaging consumer & trade social content on Instagram & Facebook & linked in across portfolio & to plan

Plan, design & deliver engaging and revenue driving consumer email communications

Plan, design & deliver engaging trade email communications which drive action

Supply the Business Growth Specialist’s with graphics & copy to support their Whatsapp Broadcast communications

Manage implementation of marketing plan across the brands & websites as well as each the trade ordering portals and E-Commerce sites

Measure impact of marketing campaigns using monthly KPI dashboard

Identify learnings and insights and recommend how they should impact action

Coordinate PR sample send outs, stock replenishment, sourcing of required assets & content as req in association with office team.

Liaise with digital and ecommerce/ HOB to ensure DTC sampling in place as per plan

Keep the asset request register up to date for all brands & liaise with designer co-ordinator to ensure all assets are planned and created in timely manner
Monthly

Create and maintain all marketing assets to support key campaigns

Plan, create & schedule the monthly HGI Highlights Trade communications

Keep Klaviyo mailing lists up to date

Keep asset libraries and Marketing Activation Folder up to date

Plan in requests for all skin squad support to deliver content to plan a month ahead
Adhoc

Create and maintain all marketing collateral and pitch presentations for all channels

Oversee the print of all marketing materials

Update POS, Account Support Materials and Opening Order Kits where required

Create assets to support the sales team with upcoming events and activities
• Take ownership of developing & delivering launch plans for new products

Manage the briefing & delivery of new materials required for campaigns, prospecting and partner support

Keep master asset lists up to date & ensure all brand ( account, prospect & training materials are on brand and discontinued and added as required

Solid marketing experience in product launch activations (consumer & trade)

PR Experience – trade /consumer

Confident in a busy, face pace environment & can remain calm under pressure

Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines & outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry & company
