POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking and on-trend Social Media and TikTok content and commercialisation guru that thrives in a diverse, fast paced company to create, implement and maintain a strong consumer social presence for our pioneering and luxury results driven brand portfolio.

This newly created role is responsible for creating and overseeing the deployment of a dynamic content and commercialisation plan, cultivating our paid & organic communities and maximising our social media, digital platform and influencer ROI to ultimately create stakeholder demand and sales impact.

You will work closely with the Brand, Digital and eCommerce teams, refining and implementing online marketing strategies across social media accounts, particularly focusing on TikTok for our Revitalash Cosmetics, Déesse PRO Light therapy, and IS Clinical cosmeceuticals brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and TikTok culture, exceptional content creation skills and a proven track record in monetising social media content.

Passion for the beauty, spa, and aesthetics industry, along with strong leadership and organisational skills, is essential.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all target markets and brands.
• Analyse the company’s social media strategy needs, delivering reports to management and executives.
• Suggest new avenues for attracting prospective customers and sales opportunities, such as special offers, promotions and competitions.
• Set measurable campaign goals and track ROI.

TikTok Content and Commercialisation:

• Create and launch TikTok channels for Harpar Grace International’s brands.
• Identify and implement strategies to monetise TikTok content.
• Create engaging, high-quality and trend-responsive TikTok videos.
• Develop partnerships with brands and influencers to drive commercial opportunities.
• Explore and manage TikTok’s monetisation tools, including branded content and in-app shopping.
• Track and optimise monetisation metrics to maximise revenue.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Design stimulating content across social platforms, including blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
• Implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Leverage PR, news, clinical findings and celebrity endorsements across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, followers and customer engagement.
• Use creative approaches to generate viral content and organic PR.
• Oversee the development of social media assets with Brand teams, eCommerce, digital leads and external agencies.
• Community engagement: monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.

Collaboration and Networking:

• Work closely with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to maximise engagement.
• Develop strong relationships with influencers, brand advocates and key social media contacts.
• Working in collaboration with the eCommerce team to manage and optimise paid social advertising.
• Build and nurture a strong community of followers across social media channels.
• Attend and network at industry events to strengthen social media presence.
• Partner with other companies and brands to explore new customer reach opportunities.
• Define and oversee influencer strategies, focusing on maximising ROI.
• Manage all paid influencer partnerships.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor, track, analyse and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
• Track, analyse and optimise social media metrics, including reach, engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends for management and executive teams.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging social media trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Support and Training:

• Ensure all team members have a consistent and effective online presence.
• Support current accounts in enhancing their social media presence with best practice, content and asset packs.
• Provide social media best practices and platform updates to internal stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on TikTok.
• Experience in building and delivering a TikTok commercialisation plan.
• Proficiency in content creation tools/software (Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp, video editing software, Hootsuite).
• Strong videography, editing and photography skills
• Excellent copywriting, communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, monetisation opportunities and best practices.
• Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
