Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking and competitive Partner Support Executive to develop and maintain excellent relationships with our existing account base and manage all inbound enquires and new business opportunities enabling monthly area targets to be achieved.

Working remotely the Partner Support Executive will work as a key company interface between prospect accounts and our existing partners in the South and London providing a high level of communication, support and added value service.

This role reports into the Head of Sales UK & Ireland and is pivotal in achieving our ambitious revenue growth plans and opening goals through the development of our account relationships, identifying further penetration of our brands with existing partners and supporting the conversion of brand new business.

You must work collaboratively with your designated Area Managers and accounts, be tenacious in generating new leads and brand interest, self-motivated to exceed expectations and think creatively to support the delivery of our goals.

Working with a luxury result driven portfolio, featuring the highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand; iS Clinical, physician developed Revitalash Cosmetics, coveted LED therapy brand Déesse Pro & Totally Derma nutraceuticals and joining an expert team of established professionals in the sector, the successful candidate will be integral to our ongoing growth of our leading portfolio.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new potential accounts in the South East and South West of England and London, identifying sales opportunities across the area to support the monthly target achievement of revenue and new business openings.
• Work collaboratively with Areas Managers to secure prospect meetings from leads generated.
• Actively open potential accounts from leads where possible, shortening the time from prospect to conversion.
• Increase penetration of our portfolio by cross promoting brands to increase annual revenue opportunities.
• Share key information proactively with Areas Managers to enhance their impact in the field.
• Build interest in monthly promotions, gain order commitments to achieve KPIs
• Up-sell and cross-sell phone in orders and outbound calls based on a high level of product knowledge and understanding of our brand line up.
• Manage and distribute leads to relevant Area Managers post HGI events where no contact was possible.
• Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.
• Develop and grow the prospect (CRM) database and pipeline.
• Maintain database integrity.
• Follow up on qualified leads with appropriate marketing materials.
• Partner with management to actively seek new opportunities to reach new customers.
• Support Area Managers needs as their key point of contact internally.
• Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support sales excellence.

Account Management & Customer Service

• Contact all existing partners monthly to identify training, product and service needs with impeccable follow up and service excellence
• Provide continued support for Affiliate website, Concierge and VIP services.
• Understand the needs and requirements of our target customers and feedback internally as required.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all account telephone and email enquires.

Previous Experience Essential

• Proven remote sales experience and account management, preferably in the Beauty industry along with track record of over-achieving targets.
• Previous experience managing databases and using CRM systems.
• Ability to work confidently with databases
• Confident with power point, outlook and a minimum of intermediate user of excel.
