JOB TITLE: CRM & Email Marketing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
HGI are expanding and are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to elevate our email marketing channel to support the overall marketing communications strategy across the group structure in trade and consumer.

Your responsibilities
• Oversee all consumer and trade email flows for all group and brand sites
• Manage the email marketing calendar in line with the brands trade and consumer campaigns
• Lead on segmentation strategies and plan the CRM workflow of each consumer segment from lead generation to acquisition, conversion to sale, to retention and loyalty
• Implement market-specific strategies for our clients
• Shape the optimal user-experience through automation and bespoke segmentation
• Lead on the design and creation of e-mail marketing templates in order to improve engagement and performance
• Report succinctly on all e-mail performance, as well as engagement trends
• Provide recommendations for improvements and drive implementation plans

Essential
• Previous experience utilising an ESP, a CRM platform, or comparable
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for details
• Good organisational skills and a self-starter
• Keen interest in digital marketing and web technologies
• A professional, credible, and confident communicator
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with key stakeholders to successfully deliver tasks, projects, and campaigns
Preferable
• Min 5 years in Email Marketing experience a must
• Experience of building and executing effective customer communications
• Basic knowledge of HTML, or a keen interest to learn
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Klaviyo, Shopify, Box
• Ability to translate data analysis into useful insights
• Basic understanding of multi-channel marketing to drive performance optimisation
• Multi-brand management experience preferable
• Experience in the beauty industry
