This initiative has been developed to provide iS Clinical customers who purchase retail products via the official iS Clinical website, and online etail partners, with the opportunity to experience a Fire & Ice Facial at a reduced cost (20% discount) at their local clinic. This initiative is designed to encourage online clients to complement their homecare routines with professional treatments. By bridging online purchases with in-clinic experiences, the campaign aims to increase consumer footfall within partner clinics and support Harpar Grace Partners in acquiring new clients. To compensate our partners in accepting these vouchers, HGI will credit £10 to your account on the B2B Portal for every redeemed code, which can be used toward Fire & Ice retail products..
The objectives of the Fire & Ice Consumer Campaign are to:
1. Leverage iS Clinical’s consumer database, paid digital campaigns, and e-tail/retail partner networks to attract new clients to participating clinics for treatments.
2. Generate increased client footfall for partner clinics through targeted promotional initiatives.
3. Support partner clinics by offsetting the cost of new client acquisition.
4. Enhance brand awareness among consumers, encouraging treatment uptake and product trial through a strategic discount incentive.
5. Drive retail product sales, boost in-clinic treatment bookings, and cultivate long-term customer loyalty and value.
By signing this agreement, the Partner Clinic agrees to:
-Offer: New customers, who are in receipt of a voucher, will receive 20% off their first* Fire & Ice treatment, calculated against the standard RRP published on the clinic’s website
-To balance the initial 20% discount HGI will credit £10 to your account on the HGI B2B portal for every redeemed treatment. In addition to this, partners are encouraged to upsell retail products at full RRP (no discount applied) and secure bookings for future full-priced treatments or skin subscription plans during the client’s visit or consultation.
-The 20% discount applies exclusively to the client’s first treatment and is valid until 28th February 2026*, subject to each clinic’s terms and conditions.
To participate in the Campaign, the Partner Clinic must:

-Maintain a retail inventory of iS Clinical home care products to recommend post-treatment, which would likely include these top selling Fire & Ice retail products;
Cleansing Complex, Pro Heal Serum, Super Serum Advance +, Hydra-cool Serum, Reparative Moisture Emulsion, Moisturising Complex, Sheald Recovery Balm, Youth Eye Complex, Extreme Protect SPF30/40
-Ensure at least one practitioner has received official iS Clinical Fire & Ice training within the past 12 months.
-Offer each client a consultation prior to treatment and an aftercare regime recommendation post-treatment as per the iS Clincal Training
-Not substitute the Fire & Ice treatment with a non iS Clinical service at the time of booking or on the day of appointment.
iS Clinical will provide:
-National and regional digital media exposure for Fire & Ice treatments to drive consumer demand
-Promotion to book a treatment at the consumers local clinc through iS Clinical direct to consumer data base emails, influencer collaborations, and online advertising.
-Campaign assets for use across clinic social channels and email.
-Listing on the iS Clinical clinic locator and campaign landing page.
Once a clinic opts into the scheme, it will be featured on the clinic locator within the campaign landing page.
Consumers purchasing products via the iS Clinical UK & IE website will receive either a physical voucher (with a unique serial number and QR code) or a digital voucher containing a link to the dedicated landing page listing all participating clinics. Each voucher entitles the consumer to 20% off their first Fire & Ice Treatment at their chosen local clinic.
To redeem the offer, consumers must quote “Fire&Ice20” when booking and present their voucher at the appointment—either in physical form or as a digital screenshot. Clinics are required to collect physical vouchers or capture a screenshot of digital vouchers as proof of redemption.
All vouchers, which contain a unique serial number, must be retained by the clinic for the duration of the campaign. At the close of the campaign, clinics must submit all redeemed vouchers to their designated iS Clinical Account Manager.
For every unique voucher redeemed, clinics will receive a £10 credit to use on the iS Clinical B2B portal.
Partner Clinics may withdraw from the Campaign at any time by providing written notice to iS Clinical at Sales@harpargrace.com. Following receipt of notice, removal from all campaign materials, platforms, and the clinic locator will be completed within 10 business days.
Customers must adhere to the programme terms and conditions.
Failure to meet the participation requirements or breach of any condition (e.g., offering a different treatment, lack of stock, untrained staff) will result in immediate removal from the campaign.
