In conjunction with the Global Innovators Program please find below the Competition Terms that will be applied:
1. Only businesses that have signed the Innovative Skincare Selective Distribution Agreement are eligible to enter.
2. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3. The competition is being run by Harpar Grace International (HGI), in conjunction with Innovative Skincare, US.
4. The competition recognises the iSClinical sales through Harpar Grace International between January 2024 - December 2024, with travel to the awarding ceremony in June or July 2025
5. Nominee selections are final and are based on the entry criteria. HGI will select nominees using this criterion only. Being a nominee does not mean that you have won the competition.
6. Harpar Grace International (HGI) submit their nominees to the US International team in January 2025 and the end of the competition period.
7. Finalists are chosen by the US International team in January 2025, HGI are not consulted.
8. HGI will contact the clinic finalists via email to say that they have been chosen, whereafter the clinic will nominate their one representative for travel if they choose to accept this award.
9. Only one representative from each finalist is eligible to travel to the USA for the prize and must be available to fly to and be in the USA for the duration of the retreat prize.
10. All flights will be booked by end of February 2025 by HGI for travel in June or July 2025.
11. Finalists are responsible for their own passports, visas, vaccinations, travel and health insurances and other governing requirements for international travel.
12. Any taxes associated with winning the prize is the responsibility of the finalist
13. The prize consists of an economy flight & accommodation only for one person, with all other costs being for the finalist to cover.
14. It is the responsibility of the finalists to check any travel advisories issued by the Government and determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to USA. We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government.
