The Déesse PRO LED Light Therapy brand is one of the most coveted and luxury positioned LED and wellness tech brands in the world with it being the A list go to brand of choice and used by clinical, hollistic & aesthetic practitioners globally to treat skin concerns and optimise treatment outcomes, as well as being the aspirational brand of choice within the consumer market.

POSITION SUMMARY


This role requires an exceptionally capable individual with a meticulous attention to detail who thrives off organisation who will be responsible for executing and sustaining a global brand strategy for the Déesse PRO light therapy brand. You will lead the deployment of standards and communications to support this brands success in all 4 corners of the world, both online & offline. Working closely with all stakeholders our trade & consumer channels, this high energy brand guardianship role will excel in planning, coordinating and delivering a progressive roll out of brand presence for this pioneering brand.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


GLOBAL BRAND ENGAGEMENT

• Be the Déesse PRO brand guardian, working cross-departmentally to ensure global consistency & compliance of brand messaging and guidelines

• Evaluate all brand materials for all channels on continual basis to create, develop and as per needs identified by yourself, clients or the team to drive presence and sales
• Oversee the evolution of brand materials from conception of new brand identity to actively live in markets ensuring the brand DNA and aesthetic integrity is upheld

• Ensure all brand planning and communications plan is derived in timely manner with all stakeholders and briefed to parties to underpin smooth and seamless brand execution
• Deploy process to monitor and uphold all brand standards across all local and global partners and ensure access of our materials is both appropriate and easy for distributors
• Ensure all brand partnerships & events are deployed to best practice to uphold positioning and brand identity
• Commission case studies, clinicals and training tools that support the positioning & penetration of the brand in association with head of brand & team
• Support NPD process with cutting edge omni channel brand equity in line with solid brand guidelines to support success of launches
• Develop brand elevating POS to showcase the brand and inspire purchase
• Work closely with head of brand to manage budget and spend to plan

MARKETING MANAGEMENT

• Oversee the organisation and delivery of the brand plan across all departments
Define and implement brand activation plans from global strategic plan that are tailored to both B2B & B2C audiences, consistent in all touchpoints.
• Manage the assistant marketing manager in day to day deployment of brand plans
• Oversee all organisation of brand folders and usage /access on server
• Ensure all activity ROI is monitored & coordinated
Drive presentations and update materials that inspire & inform all stakeholders
• Stakeholder Newsletter supervision with all parties for monthly deployment

KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• You thrive in fast paced environments
• You're experienced and passionate for all things skincare, beauty tech and luxury, with a true and detailed understanding of the end consumer's needs, wants and lifestyle
• Appreciates importance of aligning a marketing strategy with sales driving assets
• Organised and laser focused on detail
• Hungry for growth, both personally and for the company - willing to go the extra mile to exceed objectives and exceptional
• Creative flair is essential to spearhead the progression of brand
• A global understanding of the beauty tech and aesthetics industry to aid market penetration and role out strategies
• Responsive and adaptive to changing workloads, timelines and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and company

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?

• At least 5yrs solid experience in a similar role
• Can identify and differentiate approach B2B vs B2C
• Brand experience in a fast-paced environment at an international level
• Proven ability to manage 3rd party agencies – e.g. designers/digital agencies
• Demonstrable results from products which you have launched and maintained
• Confident in NPD launches
• Multi channel distribution experience & direct distributor experience is preferable
