Main roles and responsibilities

Position Summary


The Head of Sales Caribbean is responsible for researching, prosecting and converting new business alongside the creation and execution of joint business and strategic planning with an established account base in the Caribbean territory.
Driving high growth through the development of key partnerships and the implementation and management of company strategies, education and partner development programs.


Working with a luxury result driven portfolio, featuring the highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand; iS Clinical, physician developed RevitaLash Cosmetics, coveted LED therapy brand Déesse Pro & Totally Derma nutraceuticals, the successful candidate will be an integral force behind the ongoing growth of our leading portfolio in their territory.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:


• Proactively identify and research potential partners & identify sales opportunities across the territory within both luxury high end clinics, and spas.
• Execute an effective prospecting plan to generate new business enquiries and meetings.
• Utilise the prospecting tools to conduct new business meetings, demonstrations, prospective events days to convert prospects to new accounts in line with area targets and company goals.


Management of a portfolio of accounts across the territory, with an efficient journey plan


• Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & target achievement.
• Reporting into the Global Commercial Director to continually monitor and track partner performance (New & Existing) along with identifying training needs to support growth.
• Increase penetration of portfolio, cross promote brands and improve ordering frequency and quantity in line with company goals and monthly area targets.
• Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & objectives
• Deliver inspiring sales focussed training to therapists improving the retail conversion to consumers.
• Execute growth initiatives across accounts to include e-commerce platforms, fulfilment solutions, Staff incentive & benefit programmes.
• Maintain a relationship with all accounts that inspires loyalty and referrals
• Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role
• Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support sales excellence


Key Experience & Qualifications Required:


• Minimum of 3 years industry experience in equivalent field sales role with a proven track record of delivering growth and achieving targets.


Preference will be given to individuals with Caribbean territory experience and knowledge.


• Drive, tenacity and resilience needed to meet company targets on an ongoing basis.
• Relationship focused with the ability to have commercial conversations that drives true partnerships and results.
• Confident in delivering presentations with impact and managing high profile accounts.
• Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent with experience of working with topical skincare, devices & treatments would be preferred.
• Demonstration of autonomous working style
• Ability to develop retail skills & performance with in-clinic and spa teams.
• Confident with IT including CRM systems/power point/outlook/excel.
• Holds a UK driving license.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as and when to the Caribbean
