Yes. The HGI HUB replaces the previous stock ordering portals and Concierge portal. From the HUB, you can also easily book training and education programmes, access the Events Menu and marketing asset folders rather than linking to multiple external sites.

Yes! Everything relating to your HGI partner account will stay exactly the same.
Yes. The primary contact associated with your account will receive an invitation to access the HGI HUB. If you would like to add additional users, please contact us at enquiries@harpargrace.com. Please note that you are responsible for informing HGI of any staff changes where access to the HGI HUB should be removed.
You can only order the brands your Partner account is registered for. If you’d like to become a partner of any additional brands, please contact your HGI Growth & Success Specialist or email sales@harpargrace.com. Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit. Please include a copy of your order in with the returned goods, to enable us progress the return and refund. Return address: Harpar Grace International Limited, Unit 4 Imperial Court, Magellan Close, Walworth Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 5NT, UK Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 14-day period, have been opened, used, damaged or are not in their original packaging.
Yes! With the new HUB, you can easily place orders from desktop or via the mobile app. You can view all products and promotions directly in the HUB, so there’s no need to email or call us.

Yes — your cart is automatically saved for 30 days. After that period, any unsaved items will be cleared.

There is no minimum order value or quantity. However, delivery is free for orders of £150 or more. Orders under £150 incur a £6.95 delivery fee. For partners in Ireland operating in Euros, the same applies: orders under €150 incur a delivery fee of €6.95.
Yes. To repeat a previous order, log in to the HGI HUB, click “Order History”, click into the previous order you wish to repeat, click the hamburger menu in the top right, click “Copy Order”, return to “Order History” and your copied order will appear at the top of the list. You can then edit this order or just proceed to checkout.
Your cart is automatically saved for 30 days. After that period, any items in your cart will be cleared.
Yes! The HGI HUB replaces the previous Concierge Ordering Portal. Simply start a new order in the HUB, add your customer’s requested products, and proceed to checkout. You’ll then have the option to enter a new delivery address — this should be your customer’s address. Your trade pricing will be applied via the HGI HUB, and HGI will fulfil the order and deliver it directly to your customer. Remember to charge your customer the full RRP and any applicable delivery fee. With this service, you never need to worry about holding or managing stock again!
If your account is on 30-day credit terms, you’ll receive an invoice with information for BACs payment (this process hasn’t changed), or you can choose to make payment at checkout on the HGI HUB. For pro-forma accounts, payment can be made securely through the HGI HUB at the time of ordering.

If your account is on credit hold, unfortunately you will not be able to place an order with us. You will need to make payment for the outstanding balance on your account. Once cleared funds have been received, your account will be taken off credit hold and you will be able to place orders once again.
Unfortunately, this isn’t possible through the HGI HUB. Invoices will continue to be issued at the time of order. Payment is due 30 from the date of invoice, and you will receive email reminders as the due date approaches. Invoices can also be downloaded anytime from the HGI HUB.
You may be able to amend or cancel your order by emailing us on orders@harpargrace.com by 1pm on the same day as ordering. After this time, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the order.

Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed during peak periods. If your order is urgent, contact us on orders@harpargrace.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
UK orders are usually delivered the next working day, while orders to Ireland typically take up to 2 working days. Please note that this is not guaranteed.
Yes — once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Yes — orders can be tracked by logging into the HGI HUB, clicking the “Order History” button, and selecting the tracking link next to your order. This will take the user to the DHL website with their tracking code.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on orders@harpargrace.com. Our team will then advise you on the next steps.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us by emailing orders@harpargrace.com within 14 days from delivery. Our team will then advise how you can return unused and sealed items. Please note that we are unable to accept returns after 14 days from delivery.
Across our brands, we host regular virtual education sessions delivered by a member of HGI’s expert team via Zoom. These sessions help you keep your product knowledge and skills up to date while also providing an opportunity to connect and learn alongside peers from across the industry. We also host in-person iS Clinical training events across the UK. These sessions are essential for new practitioners looking to become iS Clinical certified and are also suitable as refresher training for existing practitioners.
Our virtual training events are free of charge for HGI partners and form part of our commitment to ensuring practitioners are fully knowledgeable about the brands and products they use and sell. Our in-person iS Clinical training events require a £50 deposit to secure your place. This deposit is credited against your next order upon successful completion of the course.
You can book education sessions directly through the HGI HUB. Simply select “The Education Programme” from the homepage to access the booking system. From there, choose the session you would like to attend and use the quantity selector to add up to 4 delegates to your booking. Once added to your cart, follow the checkout process to complete your booking — including for free sessions. Each delegate will receive a confirmation email once the booking has been completed.
From the HGI HUB homepage, click on the “Marketing Assets” button. From here, select the brand you would like to view. You will then be taken to a folder where you can view and download our ever-growing library of marketing assets.
Your Growth & Success Specialist can help you locate specific marketing assets. If the asset you need doesn’t exist, they can also submit a request to our marketing team to have it created.
