MARKETING CONTENT CO-ORDINATOR

Main roles and responsibilities


POSITION SUMMARY

Working closely with the graphic designer and marketing team, the Marketing Content Co-Ordinator will work across the group’s brands to co-ordinate the time delivery of all marketing assets, including the development, design and printing of new assets, plus the management and improvements of existing assets.
Assets include both digital and print, for both B2C and B2B audiences, The Marketing Content Co-Ordinator will also work closely with the inventory team to ensure marketing stock items are designed, ordered, printed and delivered on time and to specification.


MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and scheduling of the graphic designers time and projects in priority order
• Ensuring comprehensive design briefs are delivered on time to the designers, and supporting the creation of briefs where necessary
• Overseeing the prompt delivery of concise feedback/change requests back to the designers
• Cleanse and development of existing assets
• Organising all assets within the content management system to make them accessible and identifiable to the team
• Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and standards are upheld across all assets
• Proof reading, checking and having final sign off of all assets
• Working with the inventory team to oversee the print, ordering and approval of marketing stock items, and making design improvements where necessary
• Designing basic assets on Canva to support the graphic designer
• Supporting with copy writing and enhancing copy where necessary
• Co-ordination of external design agencies on bigger or more complex projects
