Operations Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Operational Assistant to play an integral role within the company. Seeking a professional to join us at the heart of our operations team. This role will be responsible for non-conformance and grey market management, assisting with the flow of products and stock through our warehouse, supporting existing and future IT infrastructure, and ultimately supporting the successful growth in fulfilment of our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio.

Main roles and responsibilities



POSITION SUMMARY


• Management and resolution of non-conformance.
• Management of grey market.
• Maintain and report key departmental KPI’s.
• Monitoring & reporting business performance in respective areas.
• Support seamless integration of all key systems within the business.
• Support development of global supply chain infrastructure.
• Definition and implementation of SOP’s throughout the business.
• Successful identification, justification and delivery of cost improvement programs.
• Support deployment of new suppliers and products.
• Support rapid expansion of international operations through operational processes.
• Support the business for introduction of any new brands and progressive infrastructure.
• Ensuring data integrity within our systems.

OTHER SUPPORTING AREAS OF THE RESPONSIBILITY


• Supporting the roll out and manufacture of new products.
• Supporting finance to ensure month end closure and reporting.
• Supporting other key business stakeholders as required.
• Progressing key projects as defined.

• Customer service experience
• Advanced in excel
• IT savvy
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Multi channel distribution experience & direct distributor experience is preferable
