Main roles and responsibilities


This central role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s dynamic marketing department, across both consumer and trade marketing of a highly regarded global luxury skincare brand portfolio.
This role will provide full creative flair across omni channels from campaign conception to delivery of high-end luxury content to propel our brands within our markets and beyond. Working closely with all stakeholders our trade & consumer channels, this high energy, results driven Graphic Designer role will excel in planning and executing asset development. It is imperative to be confident to take a brief and create an engaging range of assets to support targeted messaging. You will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills and proficiency in design software.

• Generating, developing and delivering bespoke assets across omni channels including digital and printed campaigns for multiple brands.
• Production of animated content (GIFs / Reels) that is optimised for social platforms for supporting product and brand campaigns
• Maintaining a forward-thinking approach to ensure our digital footprint is reflective of our place in the market including our company website and social channels
• Ensure all content is created in line with Brand Guidelines
• Design & deliver engaging and revenue driving consumer email communications
• Design & deliver engaging trace email communications which drive action
• Supply the business growth Specialists with graphics to copy and support their WhatsApp Broadcast communications
• Liaise with production coordinator to all assets are planned in timely manner
• Create and maintain all marketing collateral and pitch presentations for all channels
• Oversee the print of all marketing materials with the production coordinator
• Create assets to support campaigns, prospecting and partner support
• Shaping & delivering launch plans for new products with team
• Stay updated in design trend, emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency


• A background in the beauty or luxury brand industry is essential
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Exceptional eye for design in upholding luxury branding in all content development
• Driven to go the extra mile & identifying opportunities to meet & exceed expectations
• Experience in animated and static content creation
• Excellent organisation, multi-tasking, problem-solving & co-ordination skills
• Excellent communicator & energetic, self-motivated & creative thinker
• Detailed oriented with a keen eye of aesthetics and creative flair
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Confident and experienced in a busy, face pace environment & can remain calm under pressure
• Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines & outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry & company
• Understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Content & Copy desirable


• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a graphic designer within luxury beauty, wellness industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your diverse range of projects including the creation of dynamic digital assets for social media use
