Trade marketing & campaign manager

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate, talented and strategic Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager to take ownership of both HGI-wide and HGI-brand trade marketing campaigns, driving and delivering on all key trade initiatives during an exciting period of growth for the business. This is a new role for the business and will play a crucial part in delivery of the success plan for Harpar Grace International’s luxury aesthetic brand portfolio across all channels and sectors.

The Trade Campaign & Marketing Manager role requires an exceptionally driven and capable individual, able to be responsible for building, executing and sustaining a commercially successful trade activity plan, supporting the company’s dynamic go-to-market and integrated campaign approach to promote a portfolio of synergistic offerings products and services within the luxury skin care and wellbeing sector.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Commercial Director, Sales Teams and Transformation Lead across the business, this high-energy role will see you directing and leading the HGI campaign and marketing activities across all trade channels, underpinned by robust analysis and engagement insight both online & offline to ensure strong profile and awareness build, driving customer engagement and acquisition and supporting the achievement of agreed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing strategy, campaign & lead generation management.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Planning & Strategy:


• Be well-versed in the HGI long- and short-term strategy to ensure the resulting trade strategy is consistent, aligned, and supportive of the larger company goals and objectives
• Shared P&L responsibility, supporting the wider team with both proactive & reactive measures to deliver to plan
• Attend all key strategic & global meetings involving trade & co-ordinate HGI attendees
• Present marketing trade status update to SLT monthly
• Work with Brands Manager to deploy effective lead generation & event campaigns to drive sales through the pipeline In line with brands strategy.
• Support with definition of metrics/ KPI’s to measure performance v plan.

HGI Brand Management and Positioning:


• Represent the HGI brand internally and externally with all key stakeholders to ensure global consistency, compliance, and luxury clinical brand positioning.
• Uphold the selective distribution approach while growing brand penetration.
• Oversee omni-channel HGI brand equity in line with solid brand guidelines.
• Ensure all HGI trade related processes and touchpoints reflect best practices and provide a seamless experience for stakeholders.
• Maintain a solid presence for HGI within the industry and full trade ecosystem, both online and offline, to support positioning and penetration success.
• Champion HGI as an umbrella portfolio brand as well as a stand-alone brand itself, maintaining broad market and product knowledge.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with HGI brand guidelines in messaging, tone and visual identity
• Commission case studies, clinical papers, testimonies and training tools to support HGI brand positioning and penetration as appropriate.
• Work with the Digital lead to ensure HGI proposition and service delivery is optimised and positioned across the brand website

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution:


• Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the deployment of all communications to all trade audiences across all brands
• Produce and deliver an annual calendar of trade activities and integrated campaigns.
• Identify key objectives, target segments, audience personas, messaging, channels and tactics for each campaign.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, PR and other Develop campaign briefs, timelines and budgets, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
• Execute engaging and revenue-driving trade communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts.
• Develop and oversee an award-winning PR strategy targeting key KOLs trade sectors.

Content Management:


• Oversee the creation of HGI umbrella marketing assets, including copywriting, design, and multimedia content.
• Lead and oversee Plan, design, and delivery of engaging HGI social content across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with the team
• Work with the Sales & Marketing Support Executive and in-house Designer to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns.
• Support a market leading education programme with the training department that underpins the HGIs portfolio of brands’ clinical efficacy and authority
• Identify ways in order to exceed customer expectations at every point of their journey
• Develop business tool kits to underpin business sales growth success and account growth and loyalty
• Oversee the programme of events that bring the HGI brand to life and grow sales.

Performance Analysis:


• Track the HGI brand and trade P&Ls and manage accordingly.
• Monitor, measure, and analyse campaign performance metrics, including KPIs, ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign tactics and targeting.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign results and recommendations.
• Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Stay informed about industry developments, consumer behaviour and emerging marketing technologies and trends.

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in sales and marketing management.
• A thorough understanding of trade sales and marketing techniques and approaches
• Proficiency in campaign management, social media and lead generation activities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Proficient with IT, including CRM systems, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
