POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive with a strong background and hands-on experience in DTC digital marketing channels and website optimisation to join our dynamic team. Working within the Digital team, this exciting new role will provide essential content and digital marketing support actively contributing to the overall success of Harpar Grace International and our brands.
You will drive engagement and conversions across our luxury skincare and well-being portfolio by shaping the customer experience and executing multi-channel content campaigns. This includes developing and deploying content on Shopify, Amazon, and performance marketing channels, ensuring best practices are met.
You'll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to leverage marketing activations to achieve ambitious targets. You'll be organised, numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy and passionate about working in the beauty and wellness industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Support the Head of Performance Marketing across key performance marketing channels and website optimisation with a core focus on iS Clinical and RevitaLash brands.
▪ Day to day responsibility of e-commerce and digital channels including campaign updates, content updates, creating landing pages, optimising performance, enhancing user experience and ensure integrations run smoothly and aligned with the brand’s strategic objectives.
▪ Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital campaign content and copy for web, SEO, Paid media and Affiliate channels, ensuring messaging is locally relevant and aligned with trade and brand marketing calendars.
▪ Drive and grow the affiliate marketing channel, develop key partnerships, commercial partnerships and ensure compliance with brand standards.
▪ Analyse user flows to lead and implement CRO, UX, CX strategies and A/B test initiatives from ideation to reporting insights to improve conversions to advocacy.
▪ Optimise Amazon as a channel, keeping performance on track and implementing best practice across A+ content, storefronts and product listings.
▪ Collaborate with digital and web development agencies to drive onsite improvements using data-led insights and oversee integrations and tracking of new apps.
▪ Monitor, report and optimise for key metrics e.g. CVR, Revenue, Users, Engagement, RPR etc and deliver actional insights to senior leadership.
▪ Continuously research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies in the DTC space to ensure the adoption of best-in-class practices.
KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
▪ At least 2 years’ DTC ecommerce and digital marketing experience, ideally lifestyle, beauty and wellness industry.
▪ Strong understanding and hands-on experience of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and digital channels specifically Affiliate and Paid Media marketing.
▪ Analytical and data-driven with a creative approach to content and messaging.
▪ Confidence analysing campaign results and identifying opportunities.
▪ Strong attention to detail, copywriting skills and a creative eye.
▪ A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
▪ An adaptable, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeve.
▪ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
▪ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
▪ Excellent communicator & energetic, self-motivated & creative thinker.
▪ Knowledge of compliance and brand protection in marketplace environments.
▪ Excel knowledge essential.
▪ Passionate about working in the beauty and wellness industry
