The Déesse PRO LED Light Therapy brand is one of the most coveted and luxury positioned LED and wellness tech brands in the world with it being the A list go to brand of choice and used by clinical, holistic & aesthetic practitioners globally to
treat skin concerns and optimise treatment outcomes, as well as being the aspirational brand of choice within the consumer market.

POSITION SUMMARY

This exciting role will be responsible for co-ordinating and deploying the brand asset tool kit and communications plan for the Déesse PRO light therapy brand across key markets and actively supporting our key & new account success.

You will drive creation of brand tools and lead the deployment of standards and communications to support this brands success in all 4 corners of the world, both online & offline. Working closely with all stakeholders across this high energy role will excel in co-ordinating and delivering a brand presence for this pioneering
brand.

This diverse role requires a driven and ambitious individual who thrives off generating growth through marketing activation within accounts and has strong relationship management skills.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING MANAGEMENT

- Ensure omni channel global compliance of brand messaging
and guidelines

- Oversee the delivery of the brand plan across UK & USA with head of brand.

- Lead the development of brand campaign packs as per the strategic plan

- Drive development of new assets for 1st half and 2nd half basis as per strategic
plan

- Co-ordinate local market asset requirements in line with global brand asset bank

- Develop brand elevating POS to showcase the brand and inspire purchase in channels

- Work closely with head of brand to manage budget and spend to plan

- Implement brand activations of the global strategic plan

- Ensure competitor insight, merchandising, promotional and asset best practice are reviewed continually and feedback sought to feed back to head of brand

- Oversee all organisation of brand folders and usage /access on server

- Drive presentations and update materials that inspire & inform all stakeholders

- Stakeholder Newsletter & eshot co-ordination with all parties for monthly deployment

- Ensure all brand planning and communications plan is derived in timely manner with all stakeholders and briefed to parties to underpin smooth and seamless brand
execution

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

- Actively define and oversee the successful brands activation plan in key accounts

- Ensure all brand partnerships & events and account launches are deployed to best practice to uphold positioning and brand identity

- Monitor and uphold all brand standards across all local and global partners and ensure access of our materials is both appropriate and easy for all accounts

- Oversee all organisation of brand folders and usage / access on server

- Drive presentations and update materials that inspire & inform all stakeholders

- Relationship manage all distributor, multi site & new account onboardings

KEY PROJECTS

- Global Brand folder finalisation & maintenance

- Global newsletter

- Global campaign pack development

- Global POS menu & visualisation pack

- Brand Asset pack finalisation by channel

- Onboarding best practice journey deployment

- Distributor best practice guide finalisation

EXPERIENCE & KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA

- At least 3yrs solid experience in a similar role in sales & marketing

- Brand experience in a fast-paced environment at an international level

- Multi-channel distribution experience & direct distributor experience is preferable
