  • Who can register to join the VIP Store by Harpar Grace?

    The VIP Store by Harpar Grace is for our partnering clinics, spas, wellness centres and other beauty businesses. We’ve also extended this exclusive discount to all NHS employees, as a small token of our appreciation for their ongoing hard work and commitment.

  • How much discount will I receive?

    We offer a generous 30% discount across our range of results-driven skincare brands.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday are posted the same day for next-day delivery. Orders place after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Can I buy products for my close friends and family?

    Please do! Share the love with your nearest and dearest. However, any person deemed to be abusing their discount and violating our VIP Store rules will be immediately suspended.

  • How much is delivery?

    Postage and packaging costs £5.95.

  • Can I collect my order?

    Unfortunately not.

  • What’s your returns & refund policy?

    Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 48 hours of their receipt by telephone on 02038 686242 or email orders@harpargrace.com. If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email or telephone and returned to us within 7 working days of notification. Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty, then we will refund you for the cost of return or arrange suitable collection of the goods. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit unless we have organised for the return.   • Can I cancel my order?

    You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days following delivery of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to return the order. Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit. Please include a copy of your order in with the returned goods, to enable us progress the return and refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 14-day period, have been opened, used, damaged or are not in their original packaging.
