2) To redeem the offer, customers simply scan the QR code or click the voucher link to explore participating clinics and spas, then quote "Fire & Ice20" when booking.
3) Collect the voucher at the time of treatment, then return redeemed vouchers (which contain unique serial numbers) to your BDM at the end of the campaign to claim your B2B voucher
