These Terms and Conditions govern the Growth & Rewards Incentive Program (“the Program”) offered by [Your Company Name] (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, customers (“you” or “the Customer”) agree to comply with these terms.
2.1. All customers purchasing from [Your Company Name] are automatically enrolled in the Program.
2.2. Rebates are calculated based on total net purchases (excluding VAT and shipping) made in the previous quarter.
2.3. The rebate percentage is determined by the customer’s pricing tier:
• Crystal: 0%
• Bronze: 5%
• Silver: 7.5%
• Gold: 10%
• Platinum: 10%
2.4 Customers need to reach quarterly minimum spend target to qualify for reward.
2.5. Pricing tiers are reviewed and may be adjusted every six (6) months.
3.1. Rebates are calculated at the end of each quarter based on total eligible purchases.
3.2. Rebates are issued as gift vouchers, rounded up to the nearest £25.
4.1. Vouchers will be issued within fifteen (15) days after the quarter ends.
4.2. Vouchers will be delivered via email to the registered customer email address held on account.
4.3. Vouchers can only be redeemed for selected products on the B2B ordering platform.
4.4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or refunds.
4.5. Each voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
4.6. Vouchers expire one (1) month from the date of issuance.
4.7. Vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers who are on credit hold at the time of redemption. Customers must resolve outstanding credit issues before they can redeem any vouchers.
5.1. Customers will receive a quarterly statement detailing their purchases, rebate earned, and voucher allocation.
5.2. A notification email will be sent once vouchers are available for redemption in line with clause 4.1
6.1. The Program will be reviewed annually to ensure effectiveness.
6.2. We reserve the right to adjust rebate percentages, pricing tiers, or redemption conditions based on business performance and customer feedback.
6.3. Any changes will be communicated to customers at least thirty (30) days in advance.
7.1. Any discrepancies in rebate calculations must be reported within thirty (30) days of issuance.
7.2. Discrepancies should be reported via email to [support email] using the email address that received the vouchers.
7.3. If email access is unavailable, customers should contact their Business Development Manager.
7.4. Disputes will be reviewed, and resolutions will be provided within ten (10) business days.
8.1. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the Program may result in disqualification from participation.
9.1. Customer data used in this Program will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Personal data will only be used for the administration of the Program.
9.3. Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting [data protection contact].
9.4. Any data breaches or misuse of personal information will be handled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
10.1. Customers will access the B2B portal as usual to redeem vouchers.
10.2. The minimum order value requirements of the B2B portal remain unchanged.
10.3. Products eligible for redemption will be tagged as “G&R” for easy filtering.
10.4. Customers must enter the voucher code at checkout to redeem the voucher amount.
10.5. Each voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited
10.6. Customers may add items beyond the voucher value and pay the balance using a credit card, paypal or pay on account if they hold credit with Harpar Grace International Limited.
11.1. Participation in the Program does not create any legal rights beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
11.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with prior notice to customers where feasible.
11.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United Kingdom.
